As a Sr. Power Automate Developer (Process Mining), you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing process optimization through data-driven insights. Responsibilities

• Utilize Power Automate Process Mining to analyze and optimize complex business processes for our clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value opportunities and streamline operations.

• Develop and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate process insights.

• Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions to enhance process efficiency.

• Conduct data collection, cleansing, and modeling to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Drive process discovery and analysis to uncover actionable insights and drive decision-making.

• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or process mining projects.

• Hands-on experience in identifying value opportunities using Power Automate Process Mining.

• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL queries.

• Experience in producing data visualizations to communicate and process data effectively.

• Knowledge of data collection, data cleansing, data modeling, process discovery, process analysis, and insights.

• Familiarity with automation solutions is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels

Education/Certifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or related field.
