Description and Requirements

Overview of tasks:

  • Regularly monitor, collect, evaluate, and report necessary data to keep track of employee’s progress
  • Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager
  • Create and implement action plans with the aim to improve employees’ wellbeing
  • Support the HR department by advising on potential employee suitability for the project
  • Design, schedule and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team buildings and activities in accordance with the department objectives
  • Proactively reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops
  • Attend and lead informational and promotional Wellbeing activities during employee training sessions
  • Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience



We are looking for:

  • Successfully completed master's degree in Health or Clinical Psychology
  • Licensure or equivalent state authorization to provide treatment in Latvia
  • 3 years of experience in psychological counseling, psychotherapy and leading group services
  • Experience in conducting aptitude diagnostic procedures
  • Experience in crisis and conflict management
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication with very good written and spoken English skills
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently and high motivation
  • EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit
