We are looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous person to join our NEW Team!


As a Product Support Specialist with Lithuanian and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

  • Assist with product support or troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, or chat
  • Confident in navigating through multiple systems and tools to research, comprehend and deliver solutions to customers in real-time
  • Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and have a good knowledge of English language
  • Technical knowledge in iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC, or Mac experience
  • Desire to help the customers as best as possible and to contribute to the team’s success 
  • Previous experience in call center will be considered an advantage
