Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Sr. Manager to oversee and enhance the quality processes of our generative AI projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in developing or testing large language models and will be instrumental in building our qualification testing protocols for contributors, as well as refining our production workflow to ensure the delivery of data that improves our customers' models.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols tailored to generative AI and LLM projects. Ensure alignment with technical requirements and business objectives

  • Quality Control and Testing: Oversee the creation and execution of detailed testing plans to validate the quality of AI models and data sets. Monitor and report on quality metrics to identify areas for improvement

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of quality analysts and testers. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with operations managers, and technical teams to integrate quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle

  • Innovation and Research: Stay ahead of advancements in AI technologies and quality assurance practices. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in LLMs and Generative AI: Deep understanding of large language models, data structures, and generative AI workflows. Experience in deploying and fine-tuning AI technologies

  • Advanced Quality Management: Proven ability to design and lead quality assurance processes. Familiarity with modern QA methodologies and tools

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, understand trends and derive actionable insights

  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, responsive to technological advancements and project needs


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the technology or AI domain

  • Minimum Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

  • Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, Six Sigma) are highly desirable

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
