Description and Requirements

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join our team in Riga. HR Business Partner will actively contribute to the strategic direction of the organization by understanding and addressing the people-related aspects of business challenges.



Overview of tasks:

  • Support in defining and implementing the strategy of motivation, engagement and retention of team members

  • Coordinate, organize and conduct the onboarding process for new team members

  • Manage benefits, other motivational and retention services for the company team members

  • Coordinate, conduct and report the gathered feedback from the exit interviews process

  • Support in the planning and organizing motivational activities and events for the company team members

  • Acts as the first point of content for all HR related queries from all team members

  • Support and guide team managers and employees about company policies and HR best practices

  • Maintain a good and constructive work relationship with stakeholders from site

  • Support and participate in the performance review process

  • Participate and assist in other international or local HR plans, initiatives or projects

  • Ensure a full compliance with company policies and HR procedures

  • Support managers with HR related matters

  • Assist and educate team members and managers about Workday processes


What we expect:

  • +3 years of HR experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment

  • Excellent Latvian and English language proficiency and communication skills

  • Highly empathic and approachable, open personality

  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive cases and topics

  • Team player, time management and ability to work under pressure

  • Able to work independently and good stakeholder management

  • Developed organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to find creative solutions outside the box

  • Workday knowledge would be a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Humans Resources, Psychology, Law or similar would be an asset
