Description and Requirements



In charge of planning motivational activities to encourage participation in our internal and external referral programs. Implementing strategies for external efforts to attract the best talent and control the results of the activities carried out while monitoring effectiveness and return on investment. Some of the responsibilities include Visit team members to promote referral programs, procedures, and policies, exploring social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other talent acquisition platforms to source candidates for open job positions, updating job portals, and company accounts, managing job ad posting processes and research for new talent acquisition channels, communicate with TELUS International partners, universities, institutions and vendors, support creative sourcing strategies and organize various company activities, participate in employment events such as career fairs, Open Houses, seminars, etc. Prepare reports and analyze talent acquisition trends and activities, keep up with talent acquisition data, progress, and development; and provide recommendations and further actions.

  • Studies & Experience:


    • At least 3rd year of studies in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or Marketing/Communications - Desirable

    • 2 years of verifiable experience in similar positions (Human Resources, Marketing/Communications - Desirable

    • Strong profession-focused technical skills, including, but not limited to: CRM platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems and internet sourcing methodologies  - Required
