Opis a požiadavky
The Human Resource Systems Analyst (HRIS) supports all TELUS International HR Systems and Processes by driving projects and process changes to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while reducing waste time and costs. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery and document the Human Resource processes and new changes.
Your responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle over all phases (define, measure and audit, analyze, improve, change management and control)
Understand the HR strategy, and goals, focusing on the review & propose HCM process improvement through our methodology and establish a Business as Usual (BAU) transition
Focus on optimization, Team Members’ experience, and enhancements
Communicate project details effectively to stakeholders and project teams
Develop “best-in-class” project management practices, ensure deliverables conform to global quality standards and customer requirements
Ensure effective control of projects: address conflicting priorities, issues, risks, change management, project governance, and present status/requirements at steering committees
Our requirements:
Fluent in English language
Experience in a BPO company within a high-growth environment
Working knowledge of Workday or relevant ERP systems, Excel, and Google Sheets
Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
A bachelor's degree in Human resources or a related field will be an advantage
Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed, focused execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
