Description and Requirements

Required Skills to Perform the roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Should be B. Tech or equivalent.

  • Must be CCNA/CCNP Certified or Trained.

  • Understanding of software upgrades/hardware upgrades & capacity additions for Nokia, Juniper & Cisco Routers.

  • Should have prior working knowledge related to CO to CO Groom and Migration related work for Routers.

  • Hands on experience on Routers and Switches -  Juniper, Nokia & Cisco

  • Should have working experience on Tacacs or Radius environments.

  • Knowledge of Cards addition(PIP) & removal work on Nokia OLTs(7360,7342), Dslams(7330) & Routers(Nokia/Juniper/Cisco)

  • Knowledge of Central Offices/Telephone Exchanges and installed devices

  • Good to have prior knowledge on various tools like Netcracker, Nu-remedy, SMA, Intelliden, Nokia NSP.

  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

  • Ability to coordinate with various teams for the successful completion of tasks

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Follow up on pending requests with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of request.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Must be comfortable working Late evening/night shifts permanently.

  • Must be comfortable working from office permanently

  • Should be flexible with working on Indian holidays.

  • Must be comfortable relocating to Delhi/Noida region.


Technical Team Lead - Required Skills to Perform the roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Should have previous experience in managing technical teams (min 10 team members).

  • Should be able to prepare reports and represent to client and organization leadership.

  • Should be able to provide support on various technical and non-technical issues.

  • Should be able to communicate with clients/managers and able to plan activities on short notice.

  • Should have experience in workload management/incident management.

  • Should have experience to handle various analyses like workload, outages, resource management, etc

  • Good to have knowledge of wireless network/mobility.

  • Good to have telecom NOC experience.

  • Education Qualifications: B. Tech (Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer-IT).

  • Certification  - CCNA/CCNP Trained or Certified or Equivalent.

  • Work Shift (IST): Should be flexible working in rotational shifts (Mostly in Night shift - Canadian Working Hours).

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
