Description and Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced Trainer to join our team in Barcelona.


You will be responsible for:


  • Organize and hold trainings for new hires and experienced colleagues

  • Staying abreast of changes in the workflows and policies and adapting training methods and materials

  • Point of contact in matters of internal training needs and for correcting inconsistencies in the trainings and reference materials with our Business Partner

  • Evaluate the new hires and maintain training records

  • Quality assurance, as well as development of professional and communication skills

  • Provide support for the team in the operating day-to-day business


We expect:


  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English

  • 2 years minimum demonstrate experience as trainer

  • Enthusiasm and joy in training and motivating new and current employees

  • Proficiency in adult education or initial experience as a trainer preferable

  • Structured, organized and responsible working approach

  • Flexibility to keep up with the project speed and openness to new requirements

  • Comfortable with MS office applications and Google Workspace – Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel in particular

  • High level of Policy, Operational Guidelines and Known Questions knowledge

  • Working knowledge of & practical experience with the Instructional System Design or ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement & Evaluate) including Learning Management System (LMS) preferable.

  • We will need these documents:

Contractual information:


  • Number of vacancies: 4

  • Contract: Permanent with 2 months of probationary period


Schedule/Shift :


  • Office hours (09:00 am to 20:00 hrs) but Flexible including weekends
