TELUS International Bulgaria is looking for a passionate and result driven Team Manager for Supercell Account!
As a Team Manager for the Games Account, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our gaming-focused team. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of team leadership, operational management, and client satisfaction.
Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:
Leading a team of dedicated Specialists and Leaders as part of the Player Support Team
Driving operational results (SLAs & KPIs)
Taking care of escalated issues when necessary; Investigate and respond to issues raised by a client and provide timely feedback
Building high performing teams and ensuring training and development for every team member
Presenting adaptability, enabling the Team Leaders to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
Proactively proposing improvements, optimizations and providing feedback on processes and ways of working
Be involved in the recruitment process, training, development and engagement of the team
Performing supervisory duties including scheduling, reporting to management, supervision, prioritizing workloads and delegating tasks
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Previous experience in the same or similar role
Previous experience in a gaming industry/account will be considered an advantage
People Management, Coaching & Development Experience
Deep understanding of the BPO industry
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients/customers
Being open to changes in a fast-moving industry and adapting to it
