The Ideal Candidate:
Must be a patient listener.
Must understand very technical subjects, and easily explain them in non-technical language to the internal and external clients in FreshDesk email responses.
May not necessarily be a technical person, however, must be eager to learn, understand application features and easily engage in a technical discussion.
A problem-solver and capable of proposing solutions to support business decision making if required.
Must have an interest in understanding the industry and business processes.
Must be punctual and reliable.
